Chasho is not just a fashion house, but it carries with it a deep family history. The name "Chasho" originates from a checkered, handwoven, and colorful fabric made from raw silk threads, naturally dyed, and crafted in northern Iran. Masoumeh Shariatnaseri, the founder of Chasho, grew up surrounded by this fabric, woven by both of her grandmothers – early memories filled with the vibrant, handmade textiles that shaped her world.
In 2010, the first Chasho Wear collection was launched in Tehran, Iran, using some of the family’s old fabrics for limited designs. This collection was followed by two more, in 2011 and 2013, also produced in Iran. In 2015, Chasho presented its first collection in Germany, where the brand shifted its focus towards creating unique, one-of-a-kind pieces.
After an eight-year hiatus, Chasho returns with its Autumn/Winter 2024/25 collection, a testament to the long history and quiet evolution during this time. Each piece carries the weight of tradition while embracing modernity, with every stitch and design echoing the values that have shaped Chasho into what it is today.
