1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop on the website [insert link]. The GTC apply to both consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and to entrepreneurs, unless expressly stated otherwise. The GTC in their current version are available on the website [insert link] and can be viewed and downloaded at any time.
2. Contracting Party

3. Ordering Process
To place an order, please follow these steps:
• Size Selection: Ensure that you have selected the correct size. Use the ChaSho [size chart](insert link to size chart).
• Add Items to Cart: Place the desired items in your cart.
• Proceed to Checkout: Click the "Checkout" button to proceed. Here, you can log in to your existing account or enter your personal details as a new customer or guest. Your data will be securely transmitted in encrypted form.
• Enter Billing and Shipping Address: Provide your billing and shipping address in the next step.
• Choose Payment Method: Select your preferred payment method. Click "Apply and Continue" to proceed.
• Review and Submit Order: Review your order and complete the purchase by clicking "Place Order." This constitutes a binding order.
• Order Confirmation: After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation immediately. This does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer. The purchase contract is only concluded upon the receipt of a separate acceptance notice, the shipping confirmation, or with the delivery of the goods, whichever occurs first.
• Production Time: After receiving the order confirmation, your order will go into production. The production time is between 2 and 4 weeks, depending on the size (Pre-Order) or individual measurements (Made-to-Measure).
• Shipping Notification: Once your item leaves the studio, you will receive a notification that your order is on its way.
4. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to submit an order. By placing an order, you make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. You will then receive an automatically generated order confirmation. This confirmation merely documents the details of the offer but does not yet constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs through a separate acceptance notice, shipping confirmation, or with the delivery of the goods, whichever occurs first.
All contracts are concluded in German.
5. Documentation of the Contract Text and Order Confirmation
The details of each order are documented by me. If you require a printout of the order data, you can print the order confirmation. The order confirmation will be displayed directly in your web browser after placing the order. You will also receive all relevant order information via email once your order has been placed. If you have created a customer account in my online shop, you can view the details of each order there as well.
6. Prices and Shipping Costs
All stated prices are final prices and include statutory VAT. In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs will be applied, which will be displayed to you before you place your binding order.
7. Payment Conditions
The following payment methods are available in my online shop:

Please note that these services may be subject to their own terms and conditions. The purchase price is due within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
8. Delivery and Delivery Times
Delivery is made exclusively within Germany to the shipping address you have provided.
Please note that some goods are only produced after receiving an order. Therefore, the delivery time is generally 2-4 weeks unless otherwise stated in the product description.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract at the time of conclusion.
Otherwise, liability is excluded.
16. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find at [https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/]. I am not willing or obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
17. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the rest of the contract remains valid. In place of the invalid provision, the relevant statutory provisions apply.
German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Law and the conflict-of-law rules of private international law.
