Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
I will bear the cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if the diminished value results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of Withdrawal for Custom-Made Garments
There is no right of withdrawal for contracts concerning the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is significant or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
Therefore, if the ordered goods are custom-made garments or accessories—i.e., such goods that are not only manufactured according to the ChaSho standard sizes for the respective clothing size but are individually adjusted to the provided measurements and proportions—there is no right of withdrawal under Section 10 of the General Terms and Conditions.
